Driver side rear lights - when I turn on the lights, all tail lights are okay but when I press the brake pedal all lights go out on the rear driver side. Without lights on the brake light on the left side doesn't work. Turn signal, tail light, and backup lights work until you step on the brake. Every thing works on the passenger side.
Here are the wires. Per the FSM, the Left signal sense wire is LB/WT and the Right is LB/YL. With the running lights ON AND OFF, I measured: -11v on both with no signal on. -Right arrow on: -LB/WT fluctuated and LB/YL was 0v. -Left arrow on: -LB/YL fluctuated and LB/WT was 0v. So the stalk seems to be working fine.
If they don't shut off, most likely it is your turn signal switch, and that is way too hard to explain how to replace it. Also, with the hazards, try to jiggle the switch when you press it. It might just be dirty. See if any lights come on when you press it. They may not flash, but they should turn on.
